A. I think it's a complicated subject and there are many different points of view, depending on whose side you're on. In any case, who is in a position to decide for sure. Right and wrong are relatives, no absolutes. You might like to try Affiliate Marketing because there are thousands of different programs available for every conceivable type of product, whether online or physical. Yes, of course, you need to know what you're doing or you'll go wrong, but there's plenty of good education available these days and various software tools to help you succeed. One thing I would recommend, though, is that you don't try too many different marketing approaches at the same time. Just learn the steps, proceed with caution, monitor results and tweak… [cont.]

Business ethics..?
Q. Should waste disposal be treated simply as an economic issue, to be resolved throught private market exchange, or should government regulations place greater responsibility on producers for the entire life cycle of products?
Asked by Eu_Revoir - Thu Mar 13 00:10:08 2008 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments
A. This is a question that is best answered by both of your polar-opposite suggestions. The private sector would best handle it efficiently. However, there is still the issue of toxic and hazardous waste. In the past, companies dumped hazardous waste near neighborhoods before having to answer to government regulation. Government regulation is supposed to be there to protect its citizens. This issue requires a bit of a balanced approach.

List of movies that cover Business Ethics and Laws?
Q. I need to find a good movie for my Business Class (I'm in college) that cover the topic of Business Ethics and Business Laws. I have to write a paper about it. If you can recommend a movie or even a list of movies that would be great. If it is a movie that is not that well known can you also provide a short summary, too? Only serious answers please! Thank you.

A. I think ethics in business is a thing of the past. Most businesses now only care about one thing, money. They dont care how they get it as long as they keep getting more of it. In general, customer service is at an all time low, greed and increasing profits is at an all time high, and business ethics got kicked to the curb long ago.

A. Those seem to be cut-and-dry businesses where your product is easily understandable to the customers, they'll know exactly what they're getting. I think business ethics come into play more when your customers may not know exactly what they're getting, like an investment brokerage or insurance company.

A. The Maquiladoras in Mexico. I'm not sure if its currently in the news, but definitely still occuring. Many American companies put factories in places such as Tijuana and pay the workers as little as $10 a week. There are many interesting, yet disturbing facts about this issue such as secretly giving the women who work there birth control pills which they claim to be vitamins in order to prevent having to pay higher medical insurance. There's plenty information and articles about this online. I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but i hope it helps!

A. Horrible. Never trust a credit card company. They aren't giving you credit because they like you, they are giving you credit so they can charge outrageous interest, tag on unexplained fees, and generally take everything they can from you. Avoid credit cards. Avoid debt in general. It's a trap.
